Spark of Inspiration

Writers are often asked, “Where do you write?” For me, I can write anywhere, no specific place or spot. I do like finding small cafes though.

For example, take this picture. I was in Memphis, TN for a wedding. I went to this coffee shop and I was pleasantly surprised to find this special seat in a corner all by itself. NOW, I find that type of space inspirational.

Why? Well, I can people watch, it’s quiet and I can look out the window for even more creative ideas. I do have a key bag where I have my computer, pencil case full of colorful markers, sticky notes, plane paper and my journal. My journal is where I write down quick story ideas for the future.
