How did these robbers manage to steal the jewels in less than 10 minutes?

They used a lift manufactured by a German company, Böcker. Chief Executive Officer, Alexander Böcker found humor in this. Of course, stressing his company does not condone this criminal act.

This was a good advertising opportunity.
