Spark of Inspiration

This year, for Thanksgiving, my brothers were in charge of cooking, They decided to do a spatchcock turkey. The turkey came out beautifully.

There was a thermometer in the turkey. My brother bragged that he had it all under control. The thermometer was connected to an App on his phone, so he didn’t even have to open the oven and check the temperature level. The App told him when the turkey was close to being done. It worked!

The turkey was cooked in one hour and forty-five minutes. Record time for turkey cooking. The entire turkey was moist.

Dinner was a success!

Since my brothers cooked, I was on KP duty! Those pots/pans, not a fun job!

Now, on to the Christmas holiday.
