Summer reading…

Lately, I’ve been searching for different books to read. I mean that I go to the bookstore or see reviews online of the same books over and over.

There has to be more…

THEN out of no where, as if the Universe knew I was searching, some interesting books came my way. When I say, “interesting,” I mean for what I would enjoy reading.

Since it is summer, I thought I’d share some books with you.

An Australian woman wrote about “A Town Like Alice,” by Neil Hunt. I absolutely loved this book. Such a great share.

”The Monk Downstairs” by Tim Farrington, I found at a Little Free Library. I’ve just started reading it, I like it.

“Samurai Rising,” by Pamela S. Turner, forgot how I found that one, but really interesting reading.

If any of you used the old Olivetti typewriters, and know the history of them (Italian), you might find this book “Olivetti” by Allie Milllington good. I haven’t started it, but thought it was a brilliant story idea. Oh, and her cover resembles my typewriter/flower photo on my home page, smiling.

Here are a few others…

I’m writing children’s books, so have been reading those as well.

What’s on your night stand?

Happy reading!
