The holidays are here and as writers, it’s time to give a gift to ourselves. Did you know you can print your Blog into a book? Visit PixxiBook, they’ve made it so easy. They offer various options, a few clicks “here/there” and PRESTO, your Blog is printed / shipped in time for Christmas.

I have to thank Blogger friend, Dave, Life in a Word, for sharing this website with us. For his 60th birthday a few years ago, his wife surprised him by printing his Blog. After seven years, he had three volumes of Blog posts. His books are beautiful, see his post. He went for the “elegant” look, I went for “bright/crazy.”

So, last year, December 2023, I decided I wanted to see “my name” in print. I went to their site, placed my order. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the printed cover and pages. Top notch!

As 2024 is coming to an end. I’m excited to print another book. My daughters loved the 2023 one, they sat and went through all the stories.

So, if people are asking you for Christmas present ideas. Well, now you’ve got one! I “think” your book can still arrive on Christmas.

I just had a FUNNY idea!! I can have book sent to myself. Wrap it, put it under the tree and say it’s from a “Secret Admirer.”

My daughters will want me to rip the package open to see what it is!

Then when they see my book, they’ll know it was my gift to myself!

Gifts to ourselves are the BEST ones. We get what we want, right!
