Last week donkeys, this week RAMS…

Last week, I shared with you the cute story of the breakfast donkey. This week, it’s a Ram. I’ve always been fascinated by sheep. I find them majestic standing high on the mountain.

I came across this Ram puzzle this weekend. It spoke to me. That’s an impressive box cover. What’s interesting is that the puzzle, once completed, is the shape of the Ram. Beautiful!

I’d like to say this is going to be a fun puzzle, but it’s not. I already anticipate evenings of frustration. The colors are ALL the same. However, to make quick progress, I could do the eyes, ears and nose first. I usually start with the edge of a puzzle, but with this odd shape, that might be challenging.

This puzzle company also had a zebra and a duck. Both looked marvelous.

Every year when I go to the Wool Festival they have different sheep. I took a photo of this one. Unfortunately, the sheep’s tag description was missing. I liked this sheep. He’s unique, he has his own personality. From his black/white legs, to his spotted coat to his black/white face. He even has a “don’t mess with me, I’m doing it my way look.”

Do you have a Ram/sheep story to tell?
