Recently, I was swapping breakfast ideas with my daughter. I told her I was bored with greek yogurt. She asked me if I liked cottage cheese. Yes, I do.

Toast, cottage cheese and some jam on top.
My first thought was that it would be a soggy mess on the toast. However, it depends on what type of bread you use (sourdough versus a softer bread) and that the cottage cheese is on the dryer side. Spreading jam on cottage cheese takes practice.
Highly recommend this. Delicious and filling. Tastes like a dessert.
